Current Opportunities

Teaching Assistants

Feel free to come and join us in a teaching role here at Budland School.

You must be able to speak proficient English, as you will be assisting the teachers to run their classes. You will be working with Primary School children to help them learn the English language efficiently at different levels, between the ages of four to ten years old.

We would advise these positions be for a minimum of one month, to exercise good continuity and not to disrupt the children\’s learning, however if you are enjoying your time we would love to see you stay longer.

While staying in the village we have a beautiful, budget friendly home-stay available with the warmest, welcoming and most relaxing environment, where you will fit right in with all aspects of village life.

Once the scholarships start you will also be helping the scholarship children with their homework after school.

If so, please contact our project director, David (in the contact us section), he would love to hear from you.

All you need is the will to work. There will always be different roles, which require different strengths. David will co-ordinate to make sure everyone has the best experience, efficiently throughout construction. He will also make sure you are meeting everyone, having fun making great memories here too.

If you have building experience, that would be great, but not necessary. So if you have a good work ethic and love to have fun, and want to give something back to the world, we would love to hear from you. We will add you to the mailing lists and keep you well informed on the progress and start once we have enough donations.
